There probably not another line. :( but does anyone see anything? I done this test just now probably not the strongest urine or does it not matter?

Yes it matters. They tell you to use the first morning urine because you're not taking in fluids and it's a long hold, which results in more hcg being in you're urine which is the pregnancy hormone that triggers the test.
