Be honest- do u actually like being pregnant?

Just curious if I'm the only one who dislikes pregnancy. The side effects, the restrictions, etc are a real pain in the ass (yes, literally. Hemmorhoids!) but of course i still love my baby girl and can't wait to meet her and know all this will be worth it 1000x over!!
