6 weeks and bleeding bright pink for 3 days

I started bleeding 3 days ago after having intercourse with my husband. I immediately assumed I was miscarrying because I thought I was seeing tissue as well bright red blood. I called my doctor and they said that they didn't think I was miscarrying. But here I am 3 days later and I am still spotting pink. I am a little nauseous but nothing like I was with my previous two pregnancies. I have a low grade fever about 99.9, and a headache. I am so nervous and of course it's the weekend and I can't get in to see the doctor until Monday at the earliest. Anyone else experience this?
