Castor oil pack? Did it help you concive?

Cynthia • I`m 33 my Husband is 37 we have 2 beautiful baby girls, and have 2 fur babies. First daughter conceived IUI. Second daughter is a miracle.
Castor oil pack, where you soak a rag in castor oil and place it from bottom of bests to pelvis and put heat on it for 20-60 min. From 1st day after menstral till ovulation. Suppose to improve cerculaion and detoxify, reduce infliction, and shrink blockages. If you have tried this please comment your success or ..... and how often you did it how long you tried before success or quiting. Thank you
