What would you guys say is the bet type of birth control. Besides abstinence

Answer

I had Nexplanon (implant) for three years and I was very happy with it after my body got used to it. I am currently taking the poll and have been on it for 2 months. It's okay but I wouldn't recommend it. It's so easy I for me to forget. The only reason why I am taking the pill now is because my insurance wouldn't cover the Nexplanon removal unless I switched to another form of BC.
