Gut feelings

Do y'all think other people can pick up that you're pregnant? Like I went to see my parents earlier and my sister and mom both said that something was different about me but that they couldn't put their fingers on it. They asked if I was and I said no because I haven't tested yet to see or not. I just thought it was weird
