16 weeks..

I'm 16 weeks and I still haven't felt Big Baby movements.

I don't even know if I'm feeling flutters. Is this normal? This is my third pregnancy so I thought I would have felt something by now. Since my second pregnancy I felt her from like 13 weeks on.
