Should I give progesterone cream a shot?

I have pcos. Been ttc for 8 months, and I've only had about 5 periods out of the 8 months I've been trying. I've heard amazing things about using progesterone cream, but also I've heard bad things too. I guess I'm just confused. What do you ladies think? Anyone have any success stories with it they'd like to share? Let me know in comments! Thanks!

Decided to take it back. The thought of possibly screwing up my hormones even more than they already are, scares me. Haha
