Period Timing
Ok so I go on vacation the second week of February, I do NOT want my period then because it's a surfing trip with a bunch of people (and guys) from school.
So what types of foods can I eat to make sure my period comes a week before the second week of February? I will get my period for this month in about a week or so.
I know estrogen filled foods will postpone your period because building of the wall and then hit your system with testosterone foods when I need to have my period. Right?
Please help me understand the whole food levels and hormones to time my period correctly.
