Pregnancy?

Those of you who have been pregnant did you notice any symptoms within the first week or two? And two what extent?

I had to pee a lot

About a week before my period was due I was nauseated at night, and extremely tired--  I'd fall asleep around 7:30, after my son went to bed!

I had gotten sick at work and the next day took a pregnancy test and it was positive

I found out at 4w3d with my 1st...my nipples were very sore..
With my 2nd, I found out at 3 weeks exactly and my symptoms were sore breasts and enlarged Montgomery tubrecles...both times were changes in my breasts lol

I had headaches and fatigue pretty much daily.

Nope. Not until 6-8 weeks with both pregnancies.
