I got the boppy with the strap to go around your back; and it has more cushioning and a harder side. I love it As does my son. My only complaint is the strap is kinda cheap and kept coming off so we sewed one part of it. Problem solved!

I'm very short and for my last baby I used an L-7 lay down nursing pillow but I didn't use it laying down to nurse I put it around my waist like a boopy but without the hassle of trying to fit in the half circle. I had found the page on Facebook and actually won a contest so got one free.
