PCOS and getting pregnant

How many of you have succeeded in getting pregnant with PCOS...I just found out I have 15 cysts on my left ovary and over 20 on my right ovary...the fertility specialist put me on provera to start my period which I hadn't had on my own in years along with metformin and letrozole...I tried Clomid last year with no luck. I would love to know of what you tried and worked for you.
