Hi everyone! I'm new to this group, and a first time mom. How long has it taken you to heal up after a vaginal delivery? I had my baby girl on New Year's eve, so I'm 3 days postpartum. It is excruciating to pee and I'm very swollen. I've been taking ibuprofen for the cramping.
