ive never really understood how they happen. can someone educate me lol my bf told me he thinks hickeys are hot but idek how to give him one lol btws im 17 yeah ik its weird i dont know how to give a hickey but thats why im here 😂

When you suck on skin for a long period of time it pops little blood vessels that's what makes the bruised look, it's the blood rising up out of this skin so if you suck a long time you're basically sucking their blood. It can be dangerous too.
Just kiss each others neck it's so much better.

You suck on skin, common places are around the neck and collarbone. (The easiest place to try for the first time I'd say). You press your lips against his skin and suck through the air gap in between your teeth. It's essentially a bruise as the blood is brought to the surface of the skin. Start small and you'll get the hang of it in no time. Practice makes perfect:)
