Question

How many days before ovulation will you notice moisture? Does it only get slippery a day or two before you ovulate? Or will it be wet from the start of your fertile week?

Answer

I always have CM, all cycle long. It switches from creamy to ewcm/watery anywhere from cd5-12. It changes cycle to cycle. Never any guarantee on when it will start, or how abundant it will be. I ovulate on cd14/15 most months. But it switches back to creamy really quick after ovulation. As in within a couple days its back to straight creamy, and then shifts to sticky as i get closer to my period.
