Did you take your husband to your first prenatal appointment?

If you can, it's a good idea to bring him.  The prenatal intake appointment includes lots of background information, family history and good info for you and your partner about your pregnancy.  Plus you might get your first look at baby!  My husband was there holding my hand and we got to hear the heartbeat together.  He was so glad he came.

We havent had our first appointmemt thats on tuesday, but my husband plans on being my support system for all of our appointments hes extremely excited about our pregnancy and he wants to be in on everything

My husband is in the army & we're in complete different states right now till the end of February. I was sad, just because it was my first US.. But I know in 8 more weeks I can bug the crap out of him & make him go to every appointment 🤗

I brought my husband to help remember anything the Dr said, and because I was pretty sure I'd be getting an ultrasound. Sure enough, we did. I'm so glad I brought him! He said he'll go to any appointment I want him to go to, but after hearing the heartbeat, all he really wants to see now is a penis. Hahaha!

My husband came with me, even though he didn't really need to be there honestly. I was there for like 4 hours and he just sat in the waiting room the whole time. And watched me get 15 tubes of blood taken out. The first ultrasound he was there, and we saw and heard the baby's heartbeat, so that was pretty important. Tomorrow when I have my followup with obgyn he won't be there.. again I feel he doesn't really need to be there.

I want mine to come but hes scared so he wont , he has a good reason tho we,ve had two mcs and hes scared to hear the heartbeat i have both times and he feels thats why it was harder on me

My husband just started a new job so he wasn't able to take off work to go with me. I was upset and so was he. But he has been super supportive and he is so excited to become a dad!

I would have taken him, and the ob was totally expecting to see him... But he had meetings he could t get out of.
