Miscarriage

Anyone had a miscarriage, how did it go? How soon after did you get pregnant? I been bleeding since New Year eve.. when to the E.R n they said they didn't find My baby heatbeat, n that may bleeding is a sign of miscarriage, but I have no pain, it been 4 days , all I pass is thick red blood. They really didn't give me much more information than to see that doctor in 5 days. Can anyone help me, more information and advice. My husband n I been trying for 3 years n finally when it happens, we at this point. 😭😭😔😔
