Tmi. Help hemorrhoids.

Ok so I had hemorrhoids kind of bad in my first trimester got them under control but they are now back with a vengeance! So bad I could barely walk by the end of yesterday and could not sleep. I take miralax once a day, drink plenty of water, and watch my diet. This is my second child and my Ob told me I'd be more prone to them since I've given birth before but it feels like there's gotta be something else that can be done. Anyone else suffering from these? I'm due April 8
