Disappointed

Just an emotional af fueled rant... Thought this was our month! Tracked everything, bd every other day sometimes more. Thought I felt implantation cramping a couple days ago. And low and behold af this morning. I am so disappointed. Cycle after cycle this happens :(. This month I have a good friends baby shower that I'm sure will break me, she got pregnant the first try....happy and excited for them but it's So hard to be happy and go on with day to day things when it's all I can think about.
