Could i be pregnant again right after mc???

So i had a mc about a month ago. And i didnt think i could get pregnant so soon again. I watched my line fade on pregnancy tests and had 8 negative ones between december 13 and january 1...last negative one WAS on Jan 1st. But yesterday, when my periods were due,  i started feeling like i felt when i first got pregnant. Just an awkward feeling that didnt feel like periods. I took a test and saw a very very VERY faint line....retested this morning....and again veeeery light line...my husband sees it too so i dont think i am crazy....could it be? Or did my hormones just got messed up somehow???
