Opk positive but negative

Please comment if this has ever happen to you . On the 22 of December I got a positive opk and I also had a Hsg that day and I was on clomid .. No discharge what I usually get but didn't think to much about it because I was on clomid . I was very ill after the procedure fever and just in pain for 2 days On the 26 I felt sharp pain on both side and increase cm watery .. Didn't pay any attention because. Thought my ovulation came in went .. But Bd anyways because I was super. 😳 sorry tmi .. So I got my results from checking my chart and my nurse had wrote me and told me it looks like I actually ovulated between 26-28 .. Before seeing this I had took first response at 12dpo because I was for sure I was having signs of pregnancy now .. I'm confused on what dpo I am even at ..Damn those opk lol
