This headache!!

I've been in so much pain for almost 24 hours now. I can't sleep. The nausea and vomiting are ongoing and terrible. I'm taking Tylenol which is basically worthless for a migraine, applying heat and ice alternately. I don't know what else I can do. If I wasn't pregnant, I'd go to urgent care or something but they can't give me anything because of the baby so there's no point. Ideas? Suggestions?
