Withdrawal

Had sex, without a condom, but only for a few strokes. He pulled out after a few strokes and way before he came (he didn't at all). Beforehand he wiped the precum and checked afterwards to make sure he didn't. Should I be worried? At opinions if I should take a Plan B just in case?
