Sex (maybe tmi)

So my husband and I had sex this morning. During/after I had an orgasm, what I'm assuming is my uterus got rock hard, and not necessarily painful, but really uncomfortable. Then as he was continuing on, the walls of my vagina were so sensitive he had to stop be it was hurting. I'm not super worried about the sensitivity..but I don't like the uncomfortable-ness that happened in my uterus. I feel like I've orgasmed while pregnant before and this didn't happen. Any advice?
