Just wondering, I keep on missing pills and having to double up and I get really nauseous the day after.

As far as I know you shouldn't double up on birth control pills. When you miss one (or more) just use additional methods. But to be on the sure side ask your doctor.

You should try setting an alarm on your phone, and i personally always kept my pills on me everywhere i went. If that doesn't work, then look into different types of BC other than pills.

yea never double up. it's a huge shot of hormones. if you are having this many issues try a different type of birth control (patch, bar, IUD, shot) that you won't have to remember. DO NOT DOUBLE UP.
