Inducing at Home Question

I'm currently 41 weeks and still only dilated at 1cm. Just curious what worked best for everyone else to get labor started at home? I feel like I've tried everything (except castor oil which I personally refuse to try) but nothing has worked. I go back to the doctor Tuesday to be checked again but would love to go get something going :) All tips and advice are welcome!!
