Help me!

So i got the implant in may but ive been taking spot treatment to help control my ance. I had a really heavy period for two and half weeks at a time but i stopped taking the treatment three weeks ago and i havent had a period. (I've also had unprotected sex several times)

Could taking other medicines be causing me to am irregular period? Or ? Someone please help me.
