Anyone who has seen this before please share what's going on?

Since I started temping in July my periods are 4 or 5 days cycle is 23 to 24 days long and I get lh surge ob opk on cycle day 11 or 12. I haven't been sick that I've noticed. And no I had a little cm watery but that is usual for me just after AF.

Do you normally have a short period? It looks like you ovulated- did you have any other signs of ovulation? It's possible that it could be something else, like a low grade fever or hangover.
