What do you suggest to do?

Yesterday morning as soon as I got out of bed, there was fluid leaking down my leg but then stopped. I was in shock but I did not go to the hospital. This happened once before and the doctors said that I was fine. I decided to see if it continued again, then I would go. Im still thinking whether or not I should go because I was having major back pain as well and it still continues today. Any opinions on what I should do?
