School Tips?

I know I posted recently, but I just remembered that I start school again tomorrow... Are there any tips for being comfortable or making sure my period doesnt leak through?

Change your pad/tampon often! Perhaps wear leggings under trousers/jeans and wear dark jeans/trousers too. :)

When my period is REALLY heavy sometimes I wear a tampon and two pairs of underwear with a pad in each that way I'm sure it won't leak on to my pants.
