When did your water break?

I've seen so many post where people say they woke up and night to go to the bathroom or something along those lines and that's when their water broke. Just curious if there is a more likely time occurring!!

I just have a feeling that mine isnt going to break as a sign of labor . I'm 37 + 1 and each time I get up or go to bathroom I'm checking for my mucus plug, bloody show, or hoping my water breaks & each time I'm left disappointed! Lol me and my husband just want him here so bad and baby is taking his sweet precious time

TV and movies would have you believe it's the only way to go into labor because laying on the couch for 3 hours obsessively timing contractions on your cell phone isn't as much fun to watch.

I've heard that only around 10% of people's water break as the first sign of labor. I think most people's break once they're already in the hospital in active labor or they have it broken manually. Im so nervous it will break while I'm out in public lol.

With my first it was at night. Yesterday it was during labor when I was complete.

I put during the day, but it was first thing in the morning. I woke up and went to the bathroom at 5:45am, and my water broke there.

Out of my 4 older children, my water only broke on it's own with my first, 4 days after due date. It did wake me up in the early a.m. The others were broken at the hospital.
