Ugh AF just showed up a day early 😫😤

I thought I had a very very light BFP yesterday, I was trying to be positive.

Tonight after I got out of the shower, AF showed up and ruined my hope.

This was the first cycle we tried pre seed, December marked our 1 year of trying with a chemical in June.

When do you think we should seek help?!
