So my husband and I picked out our unborn sons name. We wanted something unique and different, which we got when we picked this name. We picked Zavid Michael (his dad's name is David and my fathers middle name is Michael, so I'm honoring both major men in my life) my mother, father and his grandma are completely appalled by our decision. They keep saying where going to call him Michael, his grandma keeps saying she's going to call him David. Yesterday it started a huge fight, my mother disowned me for 3 hrs after he told her she will call him Zavid or nothing at all. We aren't going change his name but how do we get our family to accept our name choice?? And what do you think of our name??
