Has anyone felt emotional after your period ends? I ended it 3 days ago and today I've been all over the place. During this morning and early afternoon I was irritable and quite moody. Then towards the evening I was motivated and still irritable but more motivated to get stuff done and turned emotional. I was almost in tears on my way home from the store simply because I didn't start dinner when I wanted to due to the fact that I had to change what we were having for dinner since the store's produce was so awful. How does that even happen? TIA
