Every or every other day?

Question

My doc says every other day during fertile window, but glow has told me both. Every day increases your chances of conceiving, but just now it told me every other. I'm getting mixed signals. What do you think?

My dr said every other day that way the guy has a chance to build up his sperm between baby dancing. Every day is fine to. But don't stress to much just try and hit your fertile window.

I read sperm has the best motility after being around for two days, i.e. It can swim further. So every other day lets the sperm be at it's peak.  I think it is the argument of quantity (every day) vs. quality (every other day).  Probably fine either way.

I have multiple apps n they say everyday n me b hubby do everyday bc that's how we conceived our first two kids.
