Beyond hard

I knew this would be hard physically but this experience is so emotionally hard as well. Some days I just sit here and cry. I just don't feel like myself anymore, like my body and soul has been taken over and all I can do is sit here and wait for it all to come back. It's so hard that no one understands what I am going through either, they think it's just "hormones". It very well could be, but it's more too. So frustrating!
