Hi, just wondering if any of you could help me out. I don't know who to talk to about my problem, I'm 22 now and have been sexually active since I was 17, my problem is I cannot seem to have an orgasm at all. I have never had one in 5 years of having sex and have had to fake it every single time so my partners haven't noticed. I have tried to make myself 'come' too with no success and also tried toys but still nothing, just mildly aroused and that's it.

I feel like there is something wrong with me, I find my partner attractive, we have a good relationship and a 14 month old son too, been together 3 years but I don't know how long I can keep this a secret from him anymore because I don't want him to think it's because of him or anything. It's really starting to get to me now and I don't know what to do or where to turn.
