So this year I really want to get into shape and working out isn't really that big of a deal for me I find it nice actually my problem is that I can never stick to it no matter what I do. So my question is do any of you fitness ladies have any tips on how I can stay on track with getting into shape and staying that way?

Try monthly challenges- Pinterest has lots! I'm doing the split challenge this month!

Well you should go every other day . You can do a leg day , an ab day , and arm day . Do over work yourself . Put on the calendar days that you want to go
