I have a lump the size of a quarter on my thigh. I'm assuming it's an ingrown hair because it popped up the day after I shaved. Unfortunately the hair is still underneath the skin so I can't tweeze it. How do I get the hair out to the top of the skin? I'm a wuss when it comes to pain so I'm hoping I don't have to pop the skin lol but it hurts so bad I need to get rid of it!
