I recently had a miscarriage and D & C. Once we get the OK from my doctor, we will be TTC again. But I am reading all of these things that say miscarriage is usually due to a chromosomal problem, that everything has to line up just right for the baby to progress. I know that should make me feel better, that I in no way contributed to the loss of my baby. But instead I find myself wracked with anxiety thinking that if everything has to line up perfectly, how can I ever expect that to happen? Anyone else think like that?
