Eating Healthy While Pregnant??
I'm wondering if anyone else has a really hard time eating healthy while pregnant. Throughout my whole first trimester I have been sick and have been grossed out by almost every food. Before I was pregnant I was very healthy-most of my meals included lean protein and veggies. Now, not only can I not stomach hardly any meat at all, but most fruits and vegetables are off-putting as well! I've found myself only able to eat salty foods such as chips, and Max and cheese and fries and refried beans. It's very hard for me mentally, because I want to eat healthy and I'm afraid it's going to affect my baby. I also should add I don't eat very much of any food, because I am too sick most of the time feel hungry. Does anyone else have this problem? What insights does anyone have about this?
