Round ligament pain?

Question

I have a mild pain in my right pelvis/groin area. From a quick look online it seems to match up with round ligament pain as I'm in 2nd trimester now.

Has anyone had this?
Looks like it should only last a few seconds at a time and that's true, but on and off all day today.  Similar expierence if you've had it?

I'll be 18 weeks on Wednesday and the past week it's been off and on every day. I'm always paranoid in the back of my mind that somethings wrong but I just try and think of it as baby's making more room! Lol

I've had this the entire pregnancy so far (I'm 12 weeks). I had it with both of my previous pregnancies as well. For me, it's triggered by sneezing/coughing without bracing myself first, or moving too quickly out of the bed or car or off the couch. My doc said nothing to worry about. It usually goes away in a couple minutes for me. For me, it lasted far longer into the pregnancy than other women say, but... Everyone's different :)

I'm 17 weeks 5 days. Saturday it lasted most of the day on right side then Sunday I felt it on left briefly...those are only times I've felt it so far...this is my 2nd pregnancy & I dnt remember if I had it during 1st pregnancy b/c that was about 10 yrs ago...I just remember I'm always sick this time around

I've had it since about 9 weeks. I'm 18 weeks today with twin and it's only getting worse. It absolutely f***ing miserable! The only thing that has helped is sleeping with my pregnancy pillow. And that only helps a little. It's super intense and on both sides. I've heard maternity belts will help too.
