Spotting very light 7 days before period normal?

I spotted light brown / pinkish discharge for 7 days before Af.. And 2 of those days it would stop😳 I'm confused on what's going on. And my cycle was very light and short than normal

I had this same problem last month.  I heard that it's best to consult your doctor if you experience it again. Have you had a pap smear? I read online that it can be something as little as stress or not eating right that can throw it off. That's been totally me for about a month. Depends on your age too.  I'm between 20 and 40 so I have a chance of getting POS, so I I'm very concerned.
