No birth control is 100% effective. The pull out method is the least effective but works well if you add another form of birth control while using it. Most people take birth control pills and also use the pull out method to be extra careful.

It's not 100% and not safe at all.. but I'm not gonna lie....... My boyfriend and I always do it that way even though I know it's wrong. He always says he doesn't like condoms because they make him feel uncomfortable.. but ugh I do wish he'd use them!!!! It's worked for me but there's been about 3 times where we aren't sure or don't remember if he came.. and there we go wasting money on plan b :) so I would suggest using condoms because I regret getting my bf used to not using condoms
