Gluten&Dairy Free Diet

My doctor recently told me that I should cut out all dairy and gluten in my diet. I'm a huuuuuge ice cream and carbs fan tho . (Who isn't really😂) So for my New Years resolution I decided to give it a go, so far so good I definitely feel better. But I'm soon due for my period and have been craving nothing but junk food! Any suggestions on how to deal with these cravings!?
