Hey girls! 
So I'm ready for my first baby. 
However, we havent been successful. 
Is there anything I can do during sex or even outside of the bedroom that I can do to help my chances of falling pregnant.

Have sex multiple times a day 3 days before and after your ovulation ( your 14th day of your cycle )

This may sound kinda gross to some, but I read an in depth article about how woman who have sex whole on their periods actually have a much better chance of conceiving. It has to do with the way way our immune system works and how some women's bodies react to sperm. Go google it, it might be helpful ☺️ the best of luck to you hunny.
