Caught chlamydia twice as a teen can't get pregnant now I'm really stressing 😪

I know I'm young in my 20s I caught chlamydia when I was 16 4 years ago don't even know how long I had it and again by my ex who cheated on me for 2 or 3 months It's already been a year and me and my current partner cant get pregnant now 😪 a hsg is pricey that I can't afford right now. I read everywhere that women usually have successful pregnancies after it. First time I caught it the doctor wasn't really concerned about me not having kids. But I know it can cause damage all l ever wanted to do was become a mommy I'm hoping stress is the only problem not my tubes😔
