Boy or girl?

Question

This is ultrasound when my little bean was 15 weeks (is 17 weeks now). I go in end of January for the anatomy scan and will hopefully find out for sure the gender then. Any thoughts?

I feel like I can see three lines which means girl

Thanks for your comments! I'm leaning towards boy just since the 3 lines are sticking out pretty far but maybe it's a girl and her bits are swollen? I guess i will have to be patient and wait a few more weeks to find out for sure.
