Having trouble sleeping. Is it safe to take Zzz Quill during the TWW?

I'm in my TWW and among other things haven't slept very good for almost 3 days. It's awful and has made my mood terrible. I usually take zzz quill to help on occasion but wasn't sure if it was a good idea while in the TWW.
