There are things that a couple does together after many years that are more important than sex. Like talking, holding, cuddling, etc. Sex is great too. But sometimes you just want to be held while you fall asleep together because you're so exhausted by the daily tasks and life.

Yes, only because my so is military and is gone a lot or tired a lot from work, which I completely understand.

My husband would be thrilled to get in once a week. Right now it's in the once every month if not couple of months stage lol My sex drive has been wiped out this pregnancy.

Once a week is ok... Sometimes more but things come up and other intimacy becomes just as important and as you get older it's not as easy to always fit it in, but it should still be a priority.

Also people have different sex drives.. I've seen women on here talk about once a month or even less because their SO has low sex drive.

Medically you should never let your SO/Spouse go more than 3 days without intercourse. The testosterone builds up and makes them act very differently. Angry, Irritable, Cranky ect. (Just not the best versions of themselves)

Now I'm not saying your a bad Wife/GF if you don't but that is what a Doctor will tell you is best.

Now if once a week once a month or every two weeks works for you guys than that's awesome great for you guys. Whatever works for your relationship.

& if your in a military relationship I completely understand there's not much of a choice there which is understandable.

I guess during busy times with crazy work schedules because life happens  but I have a high sex drive so that would kill me in the long run 😅 wouldn't mean the end of a relationship for me though.
